Shawn Jaffer is an Emory Law trained Fair Debt Collections Attorney who focuses his law practice exclusively on helping consumers fight abusive debt collectors, creditors, and credit bureaus under the Fair Credit Reporting Act "FCRA", the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act "FDCPA.

Shawn grew up in Atlanta, GA where he earned his BA in Economics from Georgia State University. Thereafter, earned his Master's Degree in Finance from Northeastern University located in Boston, MA. Then, he decided to pursue law to help real people with real problems.

On the personal side, he is a father of two young boys "Zaki and Rayan" and is married to Romana his wife of 10 years. On his free time he enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with his family.

Ray is an experienced Trial Attorney of 15 years and a Police Officer with the Arlington Police Department currently in the reserves with active commission. Ray has extensive legal and litigation experience with representing law enforcement officers with disciplinary and criminal matters before administration agencies and before the courts. Furthermore, he is has served as in-house counsel for a medical device manufacturer and semiconductor company handling intellectual property, OSHA regulations, and HIPPA compliance, and M&As.
