Managing Attorney

Shawn Jaffer is an Emory Law School trained attorney. He is the managing-attorney at Shawn Jaffer & Associates and has handled over 500 federal lawsuits against Credit Bureaus, Banks, Financial Institutions, Debt Collectors, and others has handled over a dozen consumer class-action lawsuits. Shawn is a Fair Credit Reporting Act expert in credit reporting errors and background report errors lawsuits.
